This will show you how to download, install and configure AWS VPN Client to allow you to access the TodayTix Group Network.
Before this will work, you need to request access to the VPN, please do this by logging a support ticket.
Download and Install VPN Client
Mac Users:
Download from: https://d20adtppz83p9s.cloudfront.net/OSX/latest/AWS_VPN_Client.pkg
This will download the latest version of the AWS Client VPN, once downloaded open the downloaded package
This will open the install window
Click Continue,
Then again click Continue
When prompted agree to the license
Then click install and when/if prompted for a password, enter your user password.
Once Install is complete click Close
You maybe be asked to move “AWS VPN Client” to the trash, this is fine and you can click Move to Bin
Windows Users:
Download from: https://d20adtppz83p9s.cloudfront.net/WPF/latest/AWS_VPN_Client.msi
This will download the latest version of the AWS Client VPN, once downloaded open the downloaded package
This will open the install window
Tick the License Agreement, then click install,
Then you will be prompted to allow the app to change your device, click yes
This will then install the VPN Client
Once finished, click Finish
Linux Users:
While AWS does not supply a Linux was client, the VPN is just an OpenVPN client and you should be able to download and install any OpenVPN client to get this to work.

Configure VPN Client
Mac Users:
Now you have downloaded the VPN client you need to configure it
You will need to add the config to the VPN client, to do this you need to download config from below
EU Users: TTG-VPN-EU-Mac.ovpn
US Users: TTG-VPN-US-Mac.ovpn
Once you have the config, Open the VPN client:
Open you Finder and go to Applications
Find the AWS VPN Client folder and open the AWS VPN Client
From the menu, Open File click “Manage Profiles”
Then click Add Profile
For the display name type “TTG EU VPN”
Then click the folder and select the VPN config file you downloaded
Then click Add Profile
Then click done
Now you should be left with a screen with ready to connect.
Windows Users:
Now you have downloaded the VPN client you need to configure it

US Users: TTG-VPN-US-Win.ovpn
Once you have the config, Open the VPN client:
Click on the Start menu and type AWS
Find the AWS VPN Client and open that
From the menu, Open File click “Manage Profiles”
Then click Add Profile
For the display name type “TTG EU VPN”
Then click the folder and select the VPN config file you downloaded
Then click Add Profile
Then click done
Now you should be left with a screen with ready to connect.
Linux Users:

Connecting to VPN
All Users:
Once VPN is Configured, just click connect.
This will open up an internet browser and ask you to sign in to your Google account, if you have multiple google account, it will ask you to select which account to Log Into.
or
Once you have logged in you will be shown a screen like this:
At this point, you can close that browser tab/window and then check back on the VPN client and it should say "connected".
Now you can access the TTG Network.
